Our Hot Grass and Hot Vines are used by zoos worldwide to protect their valuable trees and landscaping from animal destruction, while virtually disappearing within the naturalistic environment. These electrified elements are designed to quickly train animals of all sizes by delivering a decisive yet harmless shock.
Hot Grass creates a natural looking electric fence. Grass "clumps" hook to one another to form a continuous, meandering chain that protects trees and plant beds from overzealous animal neighbors. Our Hot Grass are energized by off-the-shelf electric fence chargers.
Our Tall Grass is 76" (1.9M) tall and works for larger animals like elephants, giraffes, and large hoof stock. For this size of grass, the spacing between clumps is 3ft (1M). For help determining how many you need, see our Calculate Quantity guide.
